How to Cancel Your Subscription

We're sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your Magic Merge subscription, this guide explains the process and what to expect. Your data will remain accessible until the end of your billing period.

Cancellation Process

Step 1: Access Subscription Settings

  1. Navigate to the Magic Merge app in Salesforce
  2. Click on the Settings tab
  3. Select Subscription & Billing

Step 2: Initiate Cancellation

Scroll to the bottom of the subscription page and click Cancel Subscription. You'll be asked to confirm your cancellation and optionally provide feedback about your experience.

Step 3: Confirm Cancellation

Review the cancellation details, including when your access will end, then click Confirm Cancellation to complete the process.

Important: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain full access to Magic Merge until that date.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Continued Access - You can use Magic Merge until the end of your paid period
  • Data Retention - Your templates and configurations remain in Salesforce
  • No Further Charges - Your payment method will not be charged again
  • Reactivation Option - You can resubscribe at any time to regain access

Before You Cancel

Consider these alternatives to cancellation:

  • Downgrade - Switch to a lower-tier plan if cost is a concern
  • Pause - Contact support about temporarily pausing your subscription

Magic Merge templates are stored as files in Salesforce. You can download them from the Files section or use Salesforce's data export tools to create a backup.
