Scroll to the bottom of the subscription page and click Cancel Subscription. You'll be asked to confirm your cancellation and optionally provide feedback about your experience.
Review the cancellation details, including when your access will end, then click Confirm Cancellation to complete the process.
Important: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain full access to Magic Merge until that date.

Your templates, merge filters, and configuration settings remain in your Salesforce environment. However, you won't be able to run new merges until you resubscribe.

Magic Merge templates are stored as files in Salesforce. You can download them from the Files section or use Salesforce's data export tools to create a backup.
